How do I place an order?

Can I order in bulk or wholesale quantities?
Yes. Email support@crewchems.com with your compound requirements, quantities, and shipping destination for a custom bulk quote within 24 hours.
Do I need an account to order?
No account is required for guest checkout. Creating an account allows you to track orders and access order history.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement, before processing begins. Contact support@crewchems.com immediately.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (ACH/wire), cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDC), and Zelle for domestic orders under $2,500.
How does invoice-based payment work?
After placing your order, you will receive a formal invoice by email within 1 business hour. Payment is due within 48 hours or the order is cancelled.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. CrewChems does not store credit card data. All payment processing uses industry-standard encryption.
