  2. Select your compound and size — Choose the vial size and quantity that matches your research requirements.
  3. Add to cart — Select single vials or volume packs (3-, 6-, or 10-pack) for tiered research pricing.
  4. Proceed to checkout — Enter your shipping details and select your preferred payment method.
  5. Receive your invoice — For invoice-based orders, you will receive a formal invoice by email within 1 business hour of order placement.
  6. Complete payment — Submit payment via your chosen method within the payment window.
  7. Order confirmed — Once payment clears, you will receive an order confirmation and tracking number within 1 business day.

Payment Methods

CrewChems currently accepts the following payment methods for research compound orders:

  • Bank Transfer (ACH/Wire) — Preferred for institutional and bulk orders. Invoice issued within 1 hour of order.
  • Cryptocurrency — Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC accepted. Wallet addresses provided at checkout.
  • Zelle — Available for domestic US orders under $2,500.

Payment Timing
